All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Returns are easy, simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns centre for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap! Please note all refund and exchanges are subject to 14 days limit, buyer pays return postage, we do not provide return pre-paid postage.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mommies Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Mommies Care will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Please allow 10 -15 days for your order to arrive. We source products from all over the world to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!
